I’m Ryan Hall, an independent web designer in Los Angeles. I design around your business, your photography, and what your visitors need to do: book a service, buy a product, listen to your music, or start a conversation. You work directly with me from the first audit through launch.

What the design work includes

I start by reviewing your current website and the path a customer takes through it. Then I plan the pages, navigation, and calls to action; design the layouts for phones and larger screens; and build the approved design. Every website includes mobile-friendly design, a contact form, WCAG 2.2 AA build practices, search essentials, and basic content editing, social share previews, and speed tuning.

Websites for small businesses and creative work

My project planner includes starter kits for restaurants, salons and spas, online stores, contractors, professionals, and creatives. Depending on the project, your site can include editable menus and prices, a portfolio you can update, booking connections, or an online store. Choose the features your business needs rather than paying for a standard package you won’t use.

What does a custom website cost?

Landing pages start at $1,500; full websites of up to five pages start at $3,000. The planner shows ballpark ranges for each service and starter kit. After we discuss your scope, I confirm a fixed price in writing before work begins. Payment is generally split between a deposit and the approved launch.

From an audit to a finished website

First I identify what is getting in the way of your customers. Next I design the pages and share them for feedback. Finally I build, test, and prepare the website for launch. You can review the process, scope, and optional ongoing care in the project planner.
