These terms cover your use of this website. They don’t cover a design project itself. If we work together, we’ll sign a separate written agreement with the scope, price, timeline and payment terms.
Who I am
This website is run by Ryan Hall, doing business as Websites with Ryan, in Los Angeles, California. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Prices and estimates
Client policy and terms preparation is tailored to the business, region and information practices provided by the client. Attorney review is separate. Accessibility work uses WCAG 2.2 AA as a build target to support ADA and California Unruh Act obligations; documented review and any remediation are scoped separately. Neither service is a legal certification. The signed agreement identifies deliverables and any additional review needed.
Prices on this site, including the price planner, starter kit prices and the “ballpark” total, are estimated ranges, not quotes or offers. The final price depends on the scope of your project and is confirmed in writing before any work starts. Sending the project form doesn’t create a contract or commit either of us to anything.
Starter kit savings apply to the selected kit items, including when you remove items to customize it. Extra services are priced separately. The planner rounds one-time ranges to the nearest $50. Projects are booked with a 50% deposit, with the balance due at launch, unless your agreement sets a different schedule. Ad spend for Meta ads, domain fees, hosting fees and other third-party costs are separate unless your agreement says otherwise.

Client websites, names and logos shown here belong to their owners and appear as examples of my work. Projects marked “concept” are independent redesigns that were never launched as the business’s official website. They don’t imply the business endorses Websites with Ryan.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse, share links and contact me. Please don’t:
- Copy the site’s design, code, writing or images for your own commercial use
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site
- Send anything unlawful, harmful or spam through the project form
Ownership
The design, writing, illustrations and code of this website belong to Websites with Ryan, except for client work and third-party fonts and tools, which belong to their owners.
Links to other websites
This site links to and previews other websites, including client sites. I’m not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
No warranties
I work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it’s provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Information here isn’t legal, financial or tax advice. That includes the privacy policy and terms templates offered as services, which you should have reviewed by a lawyer for your business.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Websites with Ryan isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
