These terms explain how our website, bookings, promotions and rewards work. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to them.
About these terms
“We,” “us” and “our” mean [legal business name], doing business as Organic Nail & Spa, 319½ S Robertson Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211. “You” means anyone who uses our website or our services.
Services and prices
- Prices on our website are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price we confirm with you in the salon is the price you pay.
- Some prices are starting prices. Nail art, extra length, repairs and some add-ons depend on the design and time involved, and we always confirm the price before we start.
- Our prices depend on the service, never on who is receiving it.
- Descriptions and photos show the general style of a service. Every set is done by hand, so results vary with your nails and the design.
Booking
You can book online, by phone or by text, or walk in if a technician is free. Online booking is provided by Space POS, and its own terms and privacy policy apply when you use it. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us or from the booking system.
Cancellations and late arrivals
[Add the salon’s policy: how much notice is needed to cancel or reschedule, how late arrivals are handled, and any fee for no-shows or late cancellations.]
If you need to change your appointment, please call or text (424) 472-8638 as early as you can.
Tell us before your service
Your safety depends on what we know. Before every service, please tell your technician if any of these apply to you, even if they seem minor:
- Allergies or past reactions to nail products, adhesives, acrylic or gel, latex, fragrance or essential oils, or skincare ingredients.
- Signs of infection on your nails or skin, including nail fungus, discoloration, lifting or separation of the nail, warts, athlete’s foot, redness, swelling, pain or pus.
- Cuts, open sores, recent injuries or recent procedures on your hands, feet or lower legs.
- Health conditions that affect healing, circulation or sensation, such as diabetes, circulatory or nerve conditions, or a weakened immune system.
- Medications that affect your skin or how you bleed or heal, such as blood thinners.
- Pregnancy, or sensitivity to heat if you’re booking hot stones, paraffin or steam.
If something changes between visits, let us know. We can’t diagnose medical conditions, so if we notice something that concerns us, we’ll suggest you check with a doctor before we continue.
Before a pedicure, please don’t shave or wax your legs for 24 hours. Freshly shaved skin is more likely to get irritated or infected. We never use razor callus shavers, which California does not allow in salons.
When we may decline or stop a service
To protect you, other clients and our team, we may decline, change, pause or stop a service, including partway through, if:
- your nails or skin show signs of infection, fungus, inflammation, broken skin or open sores (California’s salon health rules don’t allow us to work on them);
- a service could harm you based on what you’ve told us or what we see;
- your nails are too damaged or weak for the service you’ve asked for, in which case we’ll suggest a gentler option;
- you arrive too late for us to finish safely without rushing;
- a client’s behavior is abusive, threatening or unsafe, or they appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
[Add what you charge, if anything, when a service is stopped partway through, for example only for the work already completed.]
We will never refuse service because of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition, age, marital status, citizenship or any other characteristic protected by California law.
Known risks
Nail and spa services are safe for most people, and we work carefully to keep them that way. Still, every service carries some risk, and by booking you understand that:
- Reactions can happen even with products you’ve used before, including our non-toxic options. Some people develop an allergy to acrylic or gel ingredients over time, which shows up as itching, redness or swelling around the nails.
- Minor nicks or tenderness can occasionally happen during cuticle work, filing or e-file work.
- Heat treatments such as hot stones, paraffin and steam can feel too warm for sensitive skin. Tell us right away if anything feels uncomfortable.
- Enhancements and their removal can leave natural nails thinner or weaker for a while, especially if they’re picked or pried off.
- Results and wear vary with your natural nails, your health, how you use your hands and your aftercare.
If you notice a reaction or anything unusual after a visit, stop using any product that may be causing it, contact us, and see a doctor if it’s serious.
Aftercare
- Please follow the aftercare advice your technician gives you.
- Don’t pick, peel or bite off gel, dip, acrylic or extensions. Come in for professional removal so your natural nails stay healthy.
- Wear gloves for cleaning and gardening, and avoid using your nails as tools.
- Lifting, chips or breaks caused by injury, picking or skipped aftercare aren’t a fault in the service, but we’re always happy to help fix them.
If something isn’t right
Please tell us before you leave, or contact us as soon as you notice a problem, and we will do our best to make it right. [Optional: add the salon’s fix or touch-up policy, for example a free fix within a set number of days.]
In the salon
- Your belongings are your responsibility while you’re with us. Please keep valuables with you.
- Children and minors. [Add your policy, for example: clients under 16 need a parent or guardian present, and children who aren’t being served must be supervised.]
- Photos of your nails. We may ask to photograph your finished nails for our website or social media. We’ll only post photos with your permission, we avoid showing faces, and we’ll take a photo down if you ask.
- Your own products. If you bring your own polish or products, we may use them at our technician’s discretion, but we can’t guarantee how they’ll perform or how long they’ll last.
- Respect. We want the salon to be calm and welcoming for everyone, and we ask the same of our clients.
Promotions
- Promotions run for the time stated and while we offer them, and we can end a promotion at any time without affecting appointments already booked under it.
- Unless a promotion says otherwise, it can’t be combined with other offers and has no cash value.
- Full set + Herbal Hot Stone Pedicure: 10% off both services when booked together for the same visit.
Referral rewards
- When a friend uses your referral code, you earn 100 points, worth $5 in store credit, added to your Space POS client account. [Confirm when points are added, for example after your friend’s first completed visit, and whether the friend must be a new client.]
- There is no limit to how many friends you can refer, and points do not expire.
- Credit can be used toward any service. It has no cash value and can’t be sold or transferred, except where the law requires otherwise.
- We may change or end the program for the future. Points you have already earned will stay valid.
- We may cancel points earned through fraud or misuse of the program.
The “help me choose” tool
The service suggestions, wear times and estimated totals on our website are a general guide, not a promise or medical advice. How long a finish lasts depends on your nails, how you use your hands and your lifestyle. Your technician will recommend what’s best once they see your nails, and the final price is confirmed in the salon.

Limits of our responsibility
We work hard to keep our website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility we have that cannot be limited under California law, including for our own negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date. The version in place when you book applies to that booking.
