We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to book and look after you, we don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it to follow you around the internet with ads.

This policy covers the website at organic-nailandspa.com and the information we receive when you book with us online. “We,” “us” and “our” mean [legal business name], doing business as Organic Nail & Spa, 319½ S Robertson Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211.
What we collect
Information you give us
- When you send a question through our website form: your name, your phone number or email address, and your message.
- When you book online through our booking system (Space POS): your name, phone number, email address, the services you choose, your appointment time, and any notes you add.
- When you use our rewards program: your referral code, the friends who used it, and your points balance, kept in your Space POS client account.
- When you call or text us: your phone number and what you tell us.
- Health details you choose to share, such as allergies, sensitivities or conditions that affect your nails or skin. We use these only to serve you safely and never use them for marketing.
- Photos of your nails, only if you give us permission. We may post them on our website or social media, we avoid showing faces, and we’ll remove a photo if you ask.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. This keeps the site running and secure.
- One setting on your device. If you press “pause animations,” your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on our website.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and manage your appointments, including confirmations and reminders sent through our booking system.
- To run the rewards program and apply your credits.
- To provide your services safely and remember your preferences.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal obligations.
- To send you offers, but only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time, for example by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with companies that help us run the salon and this website, and only as needed for them to do that work:

Each of these companies handles information under its own privacy policy. When you leave our website, for example to book on Space POS or open Google Maps, that company’s policy applies.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell or “share” your personal information, as California law defines those words, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We don’t use it for targeted advertising, and we don’t give it to other companies for their own marketing.
Cookies, tracking and Do Not Track
Our website does not set cookies. We do not track you across other websites over time, and we do not allow other companies to use our website to do so for advertising. Because there is no cross-site tracking to turn off, our website works the same way whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your information, which we already don’t do.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Messages sent through our website form are deleted within [12 months] of our reply. Client and booking records are kept while you are a client and for as long as we need them for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
Security
Our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to client information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive details, such as payment card numbers, through the website form.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you, and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information, unless we need to keep it by law.
To make a request, call or text (424) 472-8638 or email [email address]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 45 days. You can also have someone you authorize make a request for you. We will never treat you differently, or charge you more, for using these rights.
Some California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, apply only to businesses above certain size thresholds. We honor the requests above whether or not those laws apply to us.
California “Shine the Light” law. We do not disclose personal information to other companies for their own direct marketing.
Children
Our website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also note it on our home page.
